Nawah Return & Refund Policy

At Nawah, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, pure, natural oils. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.


Change of Mind (Unopened Products Only)

  • If you change your mind, you may return products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@nawah.com.au. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

  • No change of mind for bulk products (5L+ cans/bottles) - we advise you to buy smaller sizes for testing before committing to bulk purchases
  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Where a 30-day guarantee is advertised, it does not apply to bulk products (any cans/bottles more than 1L). We recommend purchasing smaller sizes first to test the product before committing to bulk quantities.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If an item is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@nawah.com.au.

  • For eligible items, Nawah will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare or personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
